REGISTRATION

We recommend booking early to insure the availability of a guide. We will accommodate late registration when possible. To register, contact us and let us know the climb you're interested in. We will then send you the required paperwork and trip information. A credit card is required to hold all reservations, and it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks made payable to Pikes Peak Alpine School. We will also accept money orders and funds transfers.

FORMS

All participants are required to sign a VOLUNTARY RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND MEDICAL QUESTIONAIRE that includes medical information pertinent to the participant. Withholding information endangers your safety should a rescue be needed. All forms must be signed by the participant if over the age of 18 or by a legal parent or guardian with no exceptions.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICIES

72 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED. CREDIT CARDS ARE REQUIRED TO HOLD RESERVATION, SEE PARTICULAR TRIP DETAILS REGARDING CHANGES NOT MENTIONED.

If the date you’ve requested is not available and you are in town on vacation, we will gladly add your name to our wait list or refer you to another guide service.

GROUPS

Groups are welcome to register for any pre-scheduled courses. We can also custom design a program for your group’s needs; special group rates may apply. We have accommodated groups of many types and sizes. PPAS takes pride and specializes in working with you directly to best meet your needs. We have accommodated groups as large as 300 people and regularly guide groups as small as 10 guests. Please contact us to choose one of our great venues to climb in no matter your group size!
