Comfortable following 5.7

Rock shoes, harness, helmet, belay device (PPAS recommends the Petzl Reverso or Black Diamond ATC Guide); traditional gear with full range through 3.5 inch cams and full single set of nuts, quick draws (10-12), 2-3 double length shoulder slings, 1 20-foot section 6-7mm cordellette, 5 locking carabineers, and a nut cleaning tool.
