Introduction to Drytooling, Full-Day
Join our guides on Pikes Peak for this full-day introduction to drytooling (rock climbing with ice tools)! You will learn the essentials of moving efficiently and securely on technical terrain to unlock routes throughout the winter and beyond. This clinic will prepare you for the fantastic ice and mixed climbing we have on Pikes Peak.

Some previous rock or ice climbing experience preferred. We will spend a full day outside during winter months. The weather can change rapidly; climbers must have all items on gear list.
Helmets, harnesses, boots, crampons, and technical tools.
Transportation to climbing venue. Personal clothing for winter climbing.
